Our Mission: 

Simon Says Theatre breaks boundaries by producing daring and emotionally fulfilling live theatre by, and for, young adults in Flagstaff, AZ.  

 

Simon Says Young Adults are Real Leaders at a Real Theatre

Simon Says Theatre empowers young artists to direct, stage manage, music direct, choreograph, design sets, become board members (known as our Leadership Team, or "LT" for short) - and much, much more. Of course, artists of all ages and backgrounds are invited to join our company!

With that said, we recognize many young adults (18-35) have aged out of traditional youth theatre programs, but are still considered "too young" to hold meaningful leadership positions at other companies. We are not bound by the limits and constraints of those companies.

Simon Says Theatre strives to not only create a diverse and welcoming theatrical home for people of every background - we also actively make the effort to reach out to new and extraordinarily diverse communities. We welcome actors, directors, and theatre folk of all ages, races, ethnicities, ability, genders, and skill levels.
